    "I got this for my mom as an early mothers day gift after she had borrowed (and never returned) some other Guerlain lip colors. She LOVES it. The color looks wonderful on her, and me too, plums are fairly universal and this is a nice mid toned one with a hint of a metallic look. It sounds kind of intense, but its actually subtle and beautiful, and did I mention the lipstick really lasts hours? My mom loves a creamy lipstick but has a problem with them melting in her purse, and often applies without a mirror. This compact is GENIUS! You aren't just paying for the lipstick, which is VERY GOOD, but you are paying for a beautiful compact with large mirrors that will also keep your lipstick safe. My mom gave me back every other Guerlain lipstick for this one, even though I said she could keep some, she said she liked this one best out of any of her lip colors, and we are both women who own many lipsticks. The color I bought was perfect for what she was wanting, and a creamy, long lasting lipstick is very hard to find. With all of the lipsticks I have had melt and reapplied to death, this almost pays for its self without the beauty of the compact. I will be buying more shades! "
